Therapeutic Style:
My approach to therapy is rooted in curiosity and collaboration. I am a relational therapist and
value active and patient listening that allows for reflective thought processing throughout each
session. I respect and honor your journey and recognize innate resiliency that led to where you
are today.
I am passionate about working with children and adolescents to create language around
navigating their emotions and supporting their mental health. I have a particular interest in
working with student athletes navigating the challenges of sport and performance in everyday
life. I also work closely with couples and families to navigate group dynamics and believe
strongly that we grow and heal through community support.
About Me:
I was born and raised in Los Angeles and feel deeply connected to supporting the community in
which I call home. My hobbies include travel, learning to play tennis, and watching sports. I feel
passionate about maintaining and continuing to strengthen relationships within my community.
